Evan Williams 23 Year Old Bourbon, Heaven Hill Brands N.V.

Heaven Hill is a Kentucky-based, family owned distiller that was founded just after prohibition was repealed. The original master distiller was Joe Beam (the cousin of Jim Beam) and today the company is the only remaining Bourbon distiller to be in the hands of the decendants of the original family. The company not only owns some of the most exciting Bourbon brands around but it has also diversified into other spirits too.
