(Dr. Loosen Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling Auslese) AP: 42 09. This Auslese was bottled late (hence the AP number from 2009). It offers a slightly rich yet appealing nose of almond, yellow peach, orange blossom, ripe pear and spices. The wine proves nicely creamy, delightfully pure and well balanced on the palate. This beautifully playful fruity Auslese leaves a persistent and hugely playful feel in the finish. This is plain gorgeous and a huge success. Now-2037
A zesty, vibrant auslese, displaying lime, peach, orange and slate aromas and flavors. Really racy, with a tantalizing, lip-smacking finish. A drier style. Drink now through 2030.
