Dom Perignon Oenotheque 1990

Tasting Notes

This has really come together, showing mature aromas and flavours of citrus and berry confit, coffee, and mineral. It's big and robust yet well-balanced and sophisticated, with a long, coffe-tinged finish. Absolutely delicious now. This Oenotheque bottling is from what chef de cave Richard Geofffrey calls the second plentitude, or stage of maturity. Drink now through 2015.
