Puligny En la Richarde, Domaine d'Auvenay 1999

A maturing yet still fresh and attractive nose featuring dried white flower notes nuanced by hints of spice and citrus where the latter can also be found on the rich, full and sweet flavors brimming with an intense minerality and wrapped in a vibrant and tangy finish that really coats the mouth. While this will easily be capable of extended aging, it has reached a stage where individual preference will drive whether to age it further or not as it could be drunk with pleasure or held for up to another decade, perhaps a bit longer.
