Tasting Notes

(from magnum). As well-aged Champagne often does because of the heavy yeast influence, the nose plays right on the edge of oxidative aromas yet doesn’t cross over the line and this allows the white orchard fruit, floral, baked bread and toast elements to shine. There is still good energy to the utterly delicious and still attractively intense flavors thanks to the presence of a firm supporting mousse that allows this to drink like a materially more youthful Champagne. I very much liked this and in magnum format this lovely effort should continue to drink well for a number of years to come. Drink now+
