Tasting Notes

65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc. 'No residual sugar, no added acid'.
Rich dark colour. Subtle cedar and tobacco spice, elegant fruit perfume. Plenty of depth with well-tensed tannins. Soft plum/berry fruit. Very shapely, unfolding. Neatly sketched acidity. A great food wine.
