Cornas Saint Pierre, Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aine 2003

Tasting Notes

The stunning 2003 Cornas Domaine St.-Pierre boasts an inky/ruby/purple color as well as a perfume of scorched earth, creme de cassis, crushed rocks, flowers, and roasted meats. It is a big, beefy, chewy, moderately tannic wine with plenty of substance, depth, and intensity. Give it 2-3 years of cellaring and drink it over the following 10-15.
