Bright deep gold. Pure, smoky botrytis aromas of peach nectar, roasted pineapple, caramelized banana and tangy crystallized orange and lemon peel. Wonderfully sweet (actually 280 g/l!) but with amazing clarity and cut thanks to sharp but harmonious citrussy acidity, which really lifts the ripe tropical fruit flavors. The bracing finish mounts inexorably and goes on for minutes. This will last for decades.
