Tasting Notes

This too is reduced. The cool, pure, intense and utterly delicious medium weight flavors possess a very sophisticated mouth feel due to the presence of extremely fine tannins, all wrapped in a long and highly complex finish. This is very stylish and I very much admire the exquisite balance of fruit and the perfectly integrated structural elements.
