Tasting Notes

This charming blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot reveals plenty of red and black currant fruit, a clean, pure mouthfeel, modest body and undeniable finesse as well as elegance. Enjoy it over the next 7-8 years.

Robert Parker, Wine Advocate (214), August 2014

A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, the Duhart Milon was picked from 1 October until 14 October. It has a typical Duhart with that Havana cigar wafting from the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with strict and linear tannins matched by well-judged acidity. This is a straight down the line classic, less demonstrative Duhart with a lovely tobacco infused finish. Drink over the next 15 years. Tasted April 2014.
