This wine was made for a London-based charity, The Maimonides Foundation, whose mission is to promote understanding among Jews, Christians and Muslims. The wine was served to Pope Benedict XVI , during his visit to the United Kingdom in September 2010. It is full and round with lots of chocolate and light jam aromas and flavors. It shows soft and vevlety tannins. A generous New World style wine with a hint of Old World, it illustrates that blending wines from different terroirs of the world can make a complex and enjoyable wine.
