James Bond is finally back on the big screen in "No Time To Die" and we have limited stocks of Bollinger's 007 Special Cuvée avilable for immediate delivery.
The Special Cuvée bottle has been adapted to feature a Bond-esque black and gold neck collar with a 007 blazon instead of Bollinger’s usual recognisable red and gold crest. Each bottle comes in its own limited edition gift box inspired by the new film.
Bollinger has been Bond's Champagne of choice for 40 years now and this special edition bottle marks the 25th Bond film released, which will be Daniel Craig's last. The delay in the release of the film has an upside - this special parcel has now enjoyed an extra year in bottle, and is an outstanding example of how Bollinger's Special Cuvée rewards some time in the cellar.

Beneath the stylish packaging for this Limited Edition release, the 007 Special Cuvée is the reliably delicious house style from Bollinger. Pale straw with a lively mousse in the glass, there are aromas of freshly baked biscuits, brioche and creamy citrus. The palate is vibrant in fruit, the layers of savoury nuts and fresh bread adding complexity and richness against bright acidity. The mousse is round and creamy, adding to the generous mouthfeel. Fine poise on a long finish.
