Cask Rum

Foursquare is arguably the pinnacle of rum production. Formerly a sugar factory, the rums here are made by Richard Seale, the fourth generation of his family to trade in and now make rum. He is unquestionably one of the greatest distillers on the planet and his rums consistently win awards and excite audiences the world over. Whilst many distilleries focus on making crowd-pleasing or flavoured rum, Seale believes that this is not the way it should be done. Instead, he focusses on small batch, pure styled rum that is drying on the finish yet rich and sumptuous on the palate. If Pappy Van Winkle is the Romanée-Conti of Bourbon, then Foursquare is the rum equivalent.
