Tasted ex-château and single blind in Southwold. The 2008 has a high-toned, floral bouquet with scents of blackberry, briary and graphite aromas, all well delineated and precise. The palate is medium-bodied with quite a sweet entry, a saline touch in the background, but fanning out nicely with some chewy cassis and blackberry-infused fruit. Pleasingly crisp and delineated on the finish, this is a lovely Moulis wine. Tasted January 2012.
