Tasting Notes

This is an excellent example of a generic Bordeaux with plenty of flavor, dark ruby/purple color, real elegance, a nice texture, and sweet jammy cherry and black currant fruit. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.

This wine can compete with some of the "big boys," but is best drunk during its first 5-6 years of life to take advantage of its exuberant, richly fruity style. Revealing complex aromas of coffee-infused black cherry and berry fruit, it is a serious effort from one of the finest generic Bordeaux that money can buy.

This delicious, sexy, supple-textured offering possesses gobs of black cherry fruit in addition to white chocolate and smoke, a silky texture, and surprising length...A terrific wine value.
