In contrast to the Echezeaux Cuvée BB the Echezeaux du Dessus (or possibly Echezeaux DD) is entirely destemmed. A fine fresh ruby colour. The same lifted elegance in this wine too. Little alpine strawberries on the nose, a slightly thicker texture on the palate, now some cherry blossom, long and fine, then something slightly deeper. Drink from 2033-2040.
