Tasting Notes

A tasty, plump, fruitball, this dark ruby/purple-colored St.-Julien reveals copious amounts of lusty black cherry and currant fruit, surprisingly low acidity, and moderate tannin that gives the wine a tough, structured feel in the finish. This will be a wine to drink in its youth. It will last for 10-12 years. Last tasted 3/97
