This offers powerful exotic notes driven by pineapple, mirabelle, smoke, flowers and lime on the nose. The wine is creamy, yet superbly elegant and playful on the palate, with well integrated acidity and quite some CO2. Still closed at this stage, this leaves a most graceful impression. It is a glorious Auslese made in the classical style of this Estate. Admirers of the JJ Prüm style will fall in love with this graceful effort.
