Tasting Notes

Good full, deep red. Deeply pitched but energetic aromas of medicinal black cherry, blackberry, licorice, violet and sexy oak. Dense, silky and sweet; at once lush and firmly built, with no shortage of energy. Coats the mouth but leaves a light touch on the long finish. Normally a rather virile style but plump in 2009.
