Tasting Notes

A very ripe nose that is pretty yet distinctly sauvage in character displays notes of rose petal, plum, earth and a smoked jerky element that finds its way over to the rich, brooding and very firmly constituted flavors that possess ample energy and tension on the stony and strikingly long finale. This is a knockout built for the long haul.
