Here the nose also displays a discreet touch of wood as well as notes of earth, underbrush and dark berry fruit but somehow the mixture is a bit more elegant and refined and this sense of refinement continues onto the mouth coating and sappy flavors that are intense, balanced and relatively powerful. A lovely villages that is worth a look.
