Tasting Notes

One of our first stops in the week, and a wine that charmed us each of the four times we tasted it. It's the first vintage out of new tanks at Belair, with advice from Moueix's Jean-Claude Berrouet. The result is classic Saint-Emilion, with seamless cherry and raspberry fruit, a spicy dollop of new oak, supple tannins, fresh acidity and fe balance. His has class, finesse, subtlety and complexity. A great expression of terroir. 2010-2020
