Meursault Grands Charrons, Boisson-Vadot / Anne & Pierre Boisson 2009

Tasting Notes

The 2009 Grands Charrons from Monsieur Boisson is outstanding and very transparent in personality. The deep and complex nose jumps from the glass in a classy mélange of apple, pears, almonds, chalky minerality, a touch of iodine and a deft base of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and shows off great mid-palate volume, with snappy acids, impeccable balance and great cut and grip on the very long, focused and refined finish. A lovely bottle. Drink between 2011-2025
