Tasting Notes

(from a .33 ha parcel in Les Languettes). A strikingly complex nose is cool, pure and quite densely fruited with aromas of both white and yellow orchard fruit, stone and dried apple hints that also suffuse the intensely stony and big-bodied flavors that possess plenty of muscle on the powerful, mouth coating and driving finish. This is a very substantial effort yet all of the structural components remain in perfect balance. 94/2015+
