Tasting Notes

This is a Bordeaux white from Mouton-Rothschild with the density and richness of a serious white Burgundy, but the sémillon in the blend gives it an exotic dried-fruit character, with plenty of pineapple and mango. Full and rich. Best ever from here. Decant now or hold for three or four years. 60% sauvignon blanc, 38% sémillon and 2% muscadelle. Drink or hold.
