An impressively layered and slightly riper nose features floral, pear, white peach and lemon rind scents where the latter element can also be found on the notably rich but also well-detailed and vibrant flavors that enjoy a seductive texture thanks to the abundant dry extract. This is solidly persistent and immaculately well-balanced.
(tasted from tank): Pure, cool aromas of citrus fruits and crushed stone complicated by a leesy quality. Spicy, smoky and tight, in fact almost rigid today owing to its rocky minerality. Very fine-grained and very 2010 in style. Finishes firm, subtle and long.
