Tasting Notes

This is quite similar to the Petits Monts as the nose is a dazzling mix of elegant and pure spicy red pinot fruit nuanced with touches of clove and anise. The medium full flavors are sweet, sappy and delicious with outstanding precision and stunning length. This is very classy juice with near perfect balance.
