**Note: a blend of Craipillot and La Perrière**
Curiously this was noticeably reduced yet somehow still seemed fresh. In contrast to the funky nose, the cool, pure and well-detailed flavors possess ample minerality on the racy and energetic finish that is firm, balanced and sneaky long because just as it seems to die out, it reappears.
