Tasting Notes

A ripe and exceptionally fresh nose of black cherries, earth and a whiff of wet stone leads to very supple, round and refined middle weight flavors where the minerality reappears on the spicy, balanced and lingering finish. This is very pretty if not particularly deep, or at least not yet.
