Bâtard Montrachet, Louis Latour 2010

This also currently displays quite a bit of sulfur though there are background notes of white flower, smoke, wood toast and both white and yellow fleshed fruits. There is good power, size, weight and mid-palate concentration but there is also a better sense of detail and refinement compared to the Criots. This delicious effort is impressively scaled but not top heavy and I like the overall sense of balance.
