Tasting Notes

**Note: from vines in both Aloxe-Corton and Ladoix-Serrigny - aged in 100% new oak**
Moderate toast fights a bit at present with the green apple and lemon-lime suffused nose that marries into rich, opulent and openly exotic big-bodied, dense and amply concentrated flavors that possess plenty of mouth coating dry extract and excellent power and length. As Ambroise's upper level wines often are in their youth, the wood treatment isn't shy but there appears to be more than sufficient material to successfully integrate it with a few years of cellar time.
