Tasting Notes

Here the wood is also no more than a background presence on the equally reserved but highly complex aromas that are strikingly broad while speaking primarily of citrus and floral characters. The full-bodied and overtly muscular flavors are deep, dense and impressively scaled with exceptionally powerful drive on the gorgeously long finish. In particular I like the palate staining dry extract, which should permit this to age well for at least a decade.
