Tasting Notes

**Note: from an incredible 2.7 ha parcel which makes Bouchard the largest owner, surpassing the 2.5 ha of Latour-Giraud**
There are hints of petrol and sauvignon blanc to the overtly spicy aromas of acacia blossom and pear. The mouth feel of the medium weight flavors is finer than that of the Gouttes d'Or though not as rich or powerful and there is more minerality as well on the intense and attractively complex finale. This is presently firm and tight and this will definitely need at least 4 to 5 years of bottle age first.
