Tasting Notes

**Note: from a .30 ha parcel in Chassagne**
A beautifully complex and impressively broad-ranging nose displays notes of spice, dried flowers, citrus, both white and yellow orchard fruit and exotic tea scents, all of which is framed in subtle oak nuances. There is fine intensity to the broad-shouldered, concentrated and lively flavors that coat the palate with dry extract while being supported by a solidly firm acid spine on the explosively long and equally complex finale. This is clearly built-to-age and will require a minimum of 5 to 7 years of age before this beauty reveals enough of its full potential to make opening a bottle worthwhile.
