Chapelle Chambertin, Domaine Perrot-Minot 2014

Tasting Notes

The attractively layered and extremely fresh nose offers up ripe aromas of high-toned red cherry with background notes of violets, spice and warm earth. There is impressive volume to the full-bodied and opulently rich flavors that possess an abundance of mouth coating sap that imparts a velvety, even lush mouth feel to the beautifully well-balanced finale. This is a strikingly good combination of finesse and controlled power.
