Romanée Saint Vivant, Domaine Follin-Arbelet 2012

Tasting Notes

There is sufficient reduction present that the nose is unreadable. The highly refined and seductive mouth feel immediately confirms the evident class of the silky medium weight flavors as the tannins are wonderfully fine grained. This may very well change as this evolves in bottle but for the moment the Bressandes is the more complex wine though the length is better here and my predicted range offers the benefit of the doubt that more complexity will be in the offing.
