Tasting Notes

**Note: a 50/50 blend of Craipillot and La Perrière; the two parcels total .35 ha**
A background touch of wood does not detract from the somber dark berry fruit nose that also displays notes of humus, earth and the sauvage. The lively and precise medium-bodied flavors exude a discreet minerality that adds a sense of lift to the more harmonious and more structured finale. This isn't super dense but the balance is clearly better.
