Chapelle Chambertin, Bouchard Père et Fils 2014

**Note: from purchased grapes in Chapelle proper; 50% whole clusters**
Generous wood fights with the notably ripe nose that features intensely floral scents of black cherry, cassis and plum along with ample earth character. There is outstanding richness to the full-bodied and suave flavors that are quite round and almost gentle while delivering excellent length on the palate coating finish where the only nit is a hint of warmth. Like the Bonnes Mares this should be approachable after only a few years of bottle age.
