Tasting Notes

The 2015 Chablis Grand Cru Blanchots was touched by hail, though not as severely as other vineyards, according to Patrick Piuze. It has a well-defined bouquet, perhaps just missing a little intensity with apple blossom and citrus notes. The palate is fresh on the entry, though slightly smudged and with moderate depth, tapering away on the finish. I think the Patrick has conjured Premier Crus that would show up this Grand Cru. Drink Date 2017 - 2024
