Tasting Notes

**Note: a blend of 70% En l'Ormeau and 30% Casse Tête**
A smoky nose offers up notes of hazelnut and notably ripe pear and apple scents. There is more volume and intensity to the nicely detailed medium-bodied flavors where additional lift is provided by hints of minerality and salinity. This should drink well early but age over the mid-term too.
