Tasting Notes

**Note: 45% whole clusters**
A beautiful combination of ripe and fresh red and dark pinot fruit isn't quite as spicy but it's just as complex and floral. As one would expect, the broad-shouldered flavors are bigger and richer if somewhat less refined, all wrapped in a sappy, structured and hugely long finale. This beauty is very clearly built-to-age and is absolutely going to need it and I would suggest allowing this a minimum of 8 to 10 years first as it's not likely to be a good candidate for early consumption.
