Tasting Notes

Bright golden colour, with a broad, nutty, rich profile on the nose of toasted brioche, lemon curd and honey. The palate is savoury and rich with a little nutmeg and spiced honey giving way to white peach and more ripe lemons. The fresh acidity of the vintage lifts and focuses the palate, bringing more high toned fruit that complements the creamy, buttery brioche flavours. Smooth and creamy on a long and complex finish.

Farr Vintners, Farr Tasting, November 2017

The 2002 Noble Cuvée Millésime Brut is a deep and complex blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Full-bodied and vinous, this is is a highly elegant and balanced mix of mineral freshness and pure fruit; it has tension and finesse.
