A bright ruby in the glass, this has wonderful aromatics of juicy blood orange, violets and damson. The palate is smooth, soft and giving, with the tannins fully integrated and enveloped by fruit. Damson and black cherry are lifted with high toned floral notes and there is a touch of wood smoke that adds to the complexity. A moreish, fragrant and smooth wine that is delicious now and should continue to be over the next 2-3 years.
