Tasting Notes

A very ripe nose of plum, earth, violets and plenty of classic Gevrey sauvage character. There is excellent detail to the minerally, delicious and vibrant medium-bodied flavors that possess a subtle salinity on the clean, balanced and impressively persistent finish.
