Tasting Notes

Pale to medium garnet colored, the 2012 The Holy Trinity is a little subdued on the nose with notes of warm cherries, stewed plums and mulberries over an undercurrent of Indian spices and game meat. Medium-bodied with a good amount of spice and earth-laced black fruit flavors, it has velvety tannins and a racy acid line and finishes with good persistence.
