Tasting Notes

**Note: a 50/50 blend from Pitures and l'Ormeau**
Like the Bourgogne there is just enough reduction present to render the nose difficult to assess. On the plus side there is both more elegance and refinement to the utterly delicious and vibrant flavors that display a lovely minerality on the firm, vibrant and intense finish that is very well-balanced. Once again however note well that this is not without a certain amount of muscularity and thus at least 5 to 7 years of bottle age will be necessary.
