Beginning to absorb the new oak elements now, this delivers black cherry, blackberry, vanilla and licorice flavors. This is ripe and vibrant, with fine harmony and a lingering aftertaste of spice and mineral. Best from 2012 through 2025. 116 cases made.
Broad. Spreads across the palate. Concentrated but fragrant. Very dry tarry finish. On the ‘masculine’, dry side of the spectrum. Long, but again needs to be served really quite cool… Drink between 2014-2022
