The Folatières is the queen of the premier crus chez Bachelet-Monnot, with a complex and reserved bouquet of yellow citrus, peach pit, toasted wheat and chalky soil tones. On the palate the wine is very texturally refined, with a deep core, nice intensity and cool minerality through the finish. 2019-2033
Herbal and stony on the nose. Impressive intensity of fruit without being especially fruity – more depth and concentration than bright citrus flavours. Long. Drink between 2018-2025.
