Puligny Montrachet Champ Canet, Jacques Carillon 2015

Tasting Notes

**Note: 40+ year old vines**
A more elegant nose offers up wisps of citrus and spice that add breadth to the pear, apple, white flower and lemon rind scents. There is a highly seductive mouth feel to the sappy and succulent medium-bodied flavors that exude a fine bead of minerality on the balanced and caressing finish. This moderately powerful effort should also drink well young but I would be inclined to allow at least it 5+ years of cellaring first.
