Tasting Notes

A distinctly earthy red and dark berry fruit suffused nose blends into detailed and energetic middle weight flavors that evidence pretty mineral notes on the balanced and delicious finish. The supporting structure is ripe, which isn't always the case in the Hautes Côtes and overall, this is serious and delivers very solid quality. Worth considering.
